Plant Overview – View live status of all Lincoln Electric welders in your facility.

Dashboard – Swipe through a variety of views and reports pertaining to each welder such as: detailed welder status, WeldScore™ analysis, welder availability, welds produced, wire remaining, welding deposition, and more.

Traceability Barcode Scanning – Use the iPhone camera to scan barcodes into the welder, enabling the correlation and data storage of part serial number, operator ID, and consumable lot number with each weld.

Alerts – Keep a pulse on your operation by receiving text and email messages for events you would like to be notified about. Also, view a history of all alerts that each welder has sent.

Events – View a detailed listing of each fault that has occurred on the welder.

Documents – For each welder, download manuals and other pertinent welder-specific documents directly to your iPhone.

Secure Login – Once the app is installed on your iPhone, a user name and password are required to access the information.
